What Easy Launch does
Schedule Markets prices and template swaps for a sale window, then put the store back exactly as it was.
Easy Launch runs timed sales in Shopify Markets. You pick products and marketsMarketA Shopify Markets region, such as United Kingdom, with its own currency and catalog., set the new sellingSelling priceWhat the shopper pays in that market while the sale is live. and compare-atCompare-at priceThe struck-through “was” price shown next to the selling price. prices, and choose when the change starts. The app writes those prices onto each market’s price listPrice listFixed prices for one market’s catalog. Sale prices go here, not into discount codes.. There are no discount codes.
Save originals
Current prices and compare-at are stored on the job.
Apply the sale
New prices are written to each market’s price list.
Sale is live
Shoppers see the sale price and the struck-through was price.
Revert
The saved originals are written back exactly.
When you schedule a job, Easy Launch saves the prices that are live now as the job’s originalsOriginalsThe prices or templates saved on the job before anything changes. Revert writes these back.. If revert is on, those originals go back at the end time. A sale can start on Friday and look normal again on Monday without anyone editing Markets by hand.
What you can schedule
| Job | What changes | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Price job | Selling and compare-at prices per market | Every plan |
| Sale tag | A tag on each product while the sale is live | Essentials and up |
| Collection sort | The order of chosen collections while the sale is live | Grow and Pro |
| Template job | Which theme template products and pages use | Grow and Pro |
| Drop | Products go from draft to Active at launch, with an optional countdown | Grow and Pro |

What it does not do
- It does not create Shopify automatic discounts or discount codes.
- It does not invent a price for a market that has no catalog price yet.
- It does not edit theme code. Template jobs assign an existing alternate templateAlternate templateA theme file such as templates/product.black-friday.json that a product or page can use instead of the default., the same as the Theme template menu in the product editor. The drop countdown is a theme app block you place yourself.
