The drafting assistant
Describe a sale, swap or launch in one sentence and the assistant fills in the form for you to check.
The assistant sits at the top of the price job, template job and campaign planners. Type something like “25% off hoodies in the UK and EU for Black Friday” and press Draft.
- It fills in the name, discount, products, markets, start, end and revert. For a launch it also writes notes and a checklist.
- A box lists what it changed, headed AI draft applied or Smart draft applied.
- Nothing is scheduled until you confirm the last step, so check each step as you go.

The count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC) and shows as “N AI drafts left”. When it runs out, a smart draftSmart draftA rules-based draft used when the monthly AI drafts are gone. It is free and never runs out. still fills the form from simple rules, so you can keep going.
