When your plan changes
Cancelling keeps your paid days. Jobs that will not fit the next plan are paused, and resume if you reinstate.
Switching to a lower plan or to Free never cuts off days you have paid for. Your plan stays until the end of the period already billed, then the next plan starts.

Before the end date

- Jobs that start after it and need more than the next plan covers are pausedPausedA scheduled job held because it starts after your plan ends and needs more than the next plan covers.. For example, a job with three markets when the next plan is Free.
- Each paused job says why, for example “Starts after Pro ends on 25 Oct 2026, and Free covers 1 market per job”.
- Reinstate the plan and paused jobs go straight back to Scheduled.
- Or edit a paused job to fit the next plan and it is scheduled again.
On the end date
- The store moves to the next plan.
- Jobs still paused are cancelled and marked Cancelled by a plan change.
- Live jobs always revert on time, whatever the plan.
How quickly are jobs checked?
Straight away when you change plan or save a job, and every hour after that.
Can I run a paused job now?
No. Run now is off for paused jobs. Reinstate the plan or edit the job to fit.
Where do I see my end date?
Settings → Plan shows the date and days left. The plan badge in the sidebar shows it too.
